Spent New Year's with family at a recent hotel stay. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, and the restaurant offered excellent food. The building had a unique design, with cozy common rooms to relax. The hotel provided electric heaters in the rooms, which was key because it was a bit chilly outside. The breakfast was outstanding with various options to choose from. Finally, the location was ideal, located between Cusco and Puno.
The bathroom was a bit cold because of the ceramic floor. They also wanted to spray us with some disinfectant vaporizer, even though we refused to accept it.

Situated amidst scenic mountain ranges, the hotel offers a breathtaking view. the well-kept courtyard and lounge with a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. the staff is hospitable and delivers good service. the breakfast is appetizing, and the restaurant food is delicious.
The room cleanliness could use some improvement.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring Rainbow Mountain, situated in the mountains with fine views. Parking was available and transportation was easily accessible.
